1. Who sells Pro
Phone Number Extractor is made by Arkalys. Pro is sold through Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record: Creem processes the payment, handles sales tax/VAT and issues your receipt. Your card statement may show Creem as the seller. Creem's own terms also apply to the payment.
2. What Pro includes
- Unlimited CSV/Excel exports with source URL, page title, business name, country, number type and WhatsApp link
- Unlimited session recording
- Bulk Extract of up to 1,000 URLs per run, with a custom delay and automatic retry
- Filters (country, mobile-only) and custom phone formats per website
Free features (detecting, viewing and copying numbers) stay free. Features may improve over time; we won't remove a core Pro feature from an active paid plan without offering a refund for the unused period.
3. Plans, prices and auto-renewal

Prices are in USD; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country. The renewal charge uses the same payment method and the price you signed up at, unless we notify you of a change in advance.
4. How to cancel
Open the Creem customer portal (link also in your receipt email) → select your subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel. Or email arkalys.apps@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; you won't be charged again.
5. 14-day refund, no questions asked
If Pro isn't right for you, email arkalys.apps@gmail.com within 14 days of any payment (first purchase, renewal or lifetime) with the email you paid with or your order ID. We'll refund it in full through Creem, no questions asked. Refunds usually reach your card within 5–10 business days. After a refund the license key is deactivated.
6. How the license works
- After payment you receive a license key by email (also in the Creem customer portal).
- Paste it into the extension (Plan → Activate). One key works on up to 3 browsers/devices at the same time.
- To move it, click Deactivate this device on the old browser, then activate on the new one.
- The extension re-checks the license about once a day. If you're offline, Pro keeps working for up to 7 days.
- Monthly and yearly keys stay active while the subscription is paid; lifetime keys don't expire. Keys are personal; sharing or reselling them isn't allowed and may get the key disabled.
7. Please contact us before disputing a charge
If you don't recognise a charge, were charged after cancelling, or have any billing problem, please email arkalys.apps@gmail.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We reply within 1–2 business days and will refund anything that shouldn't have been charged. Disputes take weeks and freeze the license; an email is usually solved the same day.
8. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using collected phone numbers lawfully (for example GDPR, TCPA and anti-spam laws) and for respecting the terms of the websites you visit. The extension is provided "as is"; to the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
